Ticket Refund PolicyALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES.
Notwithstanding, in the event an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket. In the event an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket if, within five (5) days of the event’s originally scheduled date, the ticket purchaser forwards the original e-mail receipt to email@example.com and requests a refund.
Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed. Each event venue may have specific requirements for admission to the event and/or premises, including, but not limited to, minimum age requirements and dress codes. By purchasing a ticket, each ticket purchaser agrees to comply with any and all requirements set forth by the event venue. The ticket purchaser further agrees to hold Lindy Promo harmless from any damages caused by a denial of entry for failure to comply with the event venue’s entry requirements.
